1. Definitions

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. atm198 strictly enforces age verification and will request government-issued identification (KTP or Indonesian National ID) to confirm your age during the KYC process. Underage gambling is prohibited by Indonesian law and by atm198 policy.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Our Services are designed for the Indonesian market and comply with local regulations applicable to Indonesian residents.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You are not permitted to use atm198 if you are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration and Management

To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing accurate personal information including your full name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You will also create a unique username and secure password. By submitting the registration form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party, including family members, friends, or associates. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to immediately notify atm198 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

4.3 KYC Verification

atm198 implements mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to prevent fraud. Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, you will be required to submit the following documents:

• A clear, legible photograph or scan of your KTP (Indonesian National ID card), showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face, with both your face and the ID card clearly visible
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Additional documentation may be requested at atm198's discretion, particularly for large transactions or suspicious activity

KYC documents are typically reviewed within 1-24 hours. Failure to complete KYC verification will prevent you from withdrawing funds. All submitted documents are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.4 Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon Account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. atm198 reserves the right to close or suspend your Account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any reason permitted by applicable law. In the event of Account closure initiated by atm198, we will return any remaining balance to you after deducting any applicable fees, bonuses, or amounts owed to us.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

atm198 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your atm198 Account registration details. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be rejected.

Deposits are typically processed instantly for bank transfers and e-wallets. In some cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes depending on your financial institution. atm198 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus funds. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified Indonesian bank account or e-wallet in your name.

Withdrawal processing times vary by verification status and VIP tier:

• Standard Members: 1-24 hours
• Gold Tier: Under 4 hours
• Platinum Tier: Under 2 hours
• Diamond Tier: Under 1 hour (express service)

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. atm198 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your receiving financial institution may impose fees. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents or investigate large withdrawals, which may result in processing delays.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

atm198 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. You must wager at least 1x (one times) the deposit amount before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious patterns, and we reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Accounts involved in money laundering or fraudulent financial activity will be immediately suspended and reported to law enforcement.

• Offensive Behavior: Harassment, abusive language, threats, or discriminatory behavior toward other players or staff

9. Account Suspension and Termination

atm198 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Your Account is suspected of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• You become subject to self-exclusion or legal prohibition from gambling

In the event of Account suspension or termination, atm198 will return any legitimate remaining balance to you (minus any bonuses, pending wagering requirements, or amounts owed to us) within 30 days, unless prohibited by law or ongoing investigation. 10. Limitation of Liability
